Refund Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from The Gallery TCG through thegallerytcg.com.

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and aim to be fair and transparent with our customers.

1. Australian Consumer Law

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:

  • Has a major fault

  • Is not as described

  • Is unsafe or unfit for its intended purpose

This policy does not limit your rights under the ACL.

2. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, including:

  • Incorrect purchases

  • Deciding you no longer want the item

  • Expecting different card pulls or value

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

3. Pokémon Singles

Due to the nature of collectible cards:

  • All Pokémon singles are final sale unless faulty or significantly not as described

  • Condition descriptions are subjective

  • Minor imperfections may be present even on Near Mint cards

Refunds or returns will not be provided for disagreements based solely on card condition grading.

4. Sealed Products

  • Sealed products are sold factory-sealed unless otherwise stated

  • Once opened, sealed products are not eligible for refunds or returns

  • We do not guarantee pull rates, contents, or card value

If a sealed product arrives damaged or tampered with, please contact us before opening.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within [7] days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with ACL.

6. Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit:

  • We will assist with lodging an enquiry with the shipping carrier

  • Refunds or replacements are subject to the carrier’s investigation outcome

We strongly recommend selecting tracked shipping at checkout.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for refunds to be processed, noting that banks and payment providers may take additional time to finalise the transaction.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Where a return is approved due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

If a return is not approved, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened sealed products

  • Pokémon singles (unless faulty or not as described.
