By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

Orders may be processed on weekends or public holidays.

Orders will not be shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods (new releases, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

International destinations
If we do not ship to your location, this will be indicated at checkout.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may include:
Domestic (Australia)

Untracked Australia Post Letter - $1.80 or free for orders over $25

Tracked Domestic Letter - $4.50 or free for orders over $50

Standard Australia Post Shipping - $9.80 or free for orders over $99

Express Australia Post Shipping - $12 or free for orders over $150
International

International Standard - $50
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

5. Tracking Information
Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.
6. Pokémon Singles Packaging
We take great care when packaging Pokémon singles:

All cards are sleeved and top-loaded and secured in protective packaging

Orders are packed to minimise movement and prevent damage
While we take every reasonable step to protect items during shipping sometimes couriers rough handle packages. If it leads to the package arriving in a below satisfactory state we will work with you to come to a solution
7. Risk & Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
The Gallery TCG is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damage caused by the postal service or courier. However, we will assist where possible by lodging enquiries with the carrier.
We strongly recommend selecting tracked shipping where available.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
9. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with:

Photos of the damage (if applicable)
We will assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution in line with our policies.
10. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
